Mongolian Hot Pot Night

Just days before I left for school, I decided to have one last get together with a bunch of my friends. Since my mom really didn't want to cook for us, she suggested that we add a little twist to our normal dinner parties. We decided to make it mongolian hot pot style. (If you don't know what that is, it's when everyone at the table gets a little basket thing, and you put your meat and vegtables in it and then stick it in a pot of hot broth to cook it). It was sooo much fun, I don't think I've laughed sooo hard in a long time!!! What a great memory to leave with! Click here for some more pics.
